Released from Los Angeles based Insomniac Records, the moving and grooving tune with disco vibes and soulful vocals samples the 2005 song “I’ll Give You” by Lenny Fontana and Byron Stingily, the latter of which is also the vocalist for Ten City. “It was such an honor to be asked to work with Lenny Fontana and Byron Stingily,” share LF SYSTEM. “So, when the opportunity arose to re-edit a track of theirs, we jumped on it straight away, and the final results came around quickly.
We didn’t want to take away too much away from the original, so we added a touch of our LF System sound, in order to beef it up for the big stages. We’ve been hammering it at every gig since last summer. We’re buzzing to get it out, and we’re also equally excited for our first release with Insomniac.”
