Siren & Seer – Temple Of The Sun (Original Mix)
Siren & Seer are a duo hailing from Nevada City in Northern California with a new single out now titled “Temple Of The Sun”. Consisting of producer/multi-instrumentalist saQi and vocalist/songwriter Diamonde, the pair use hypnotizing chords, entrancing beats, and enticing vocals in their latest track. The tune was put out by Westwood Recordings, the Vancouver based record label that was started by Nick Middleton of The Funk Hunters duo.
The duo say that the song is “Inspired by a powerful vision of a wanderer walking the desert surrounded by bones of trees & apocalyptic silence. An ode to the wild beauty & spirit of nature bridged with the bitter feeling we’ve gone too far.”
They also recently released a stripped down acoustic version of the song with the music video shot in a cave in the heart of their hometown.
Siren & Seer will be performing at Lightning in a Bottle 2024, which takes place Wednesday May 22 through Monday May 27 at Buena Vista Lake near Bakersfield in Kern County.
