Marie Vaunt recently started her own imprint called Kurai Records, with its inaugural release a new one from her called “The Chosen”. The Japanese-American DJ and producer has crafted a heart pounding techno tune with acid synths and a thrashing bassline throughout. Check out these videos of Marie Vaunt playing the track live!
The record label launched with an announcement stating “Kurai (meaning “dark” in Japanese) descends upon the scene with the goal of showcasing a carefully selected roster of artists pushing the boundaries of Techno. Prepare for driving rhythms, shadowy soundscapes and massive acid lines that will take you on a journey into the abyss. Join the dark side.”
Oliver Heldens recently supported the single on his radio show Heldeep Radio 510, with A*S*Y*S also playing it on Filter’d 204.
