Kasablanca & Lane 8 – Remission (Original Mix)
Back in July 2020, Kasablanca and Lane 8 teamed up for the first time on “Run“. Next up for the guys is a powerful melodic house and techno track called “Remission”. The song title has a quite literal meaning, as Kasablanca front man Micky was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year before learning recently that he is now in remission. The tune with heartfelt melodies and haunting vocals was released by London based Anjunabeats, which was founded in 2000 by Above & Beyond.

Above & Beyond chose the song as the Record of the Week on Group Therapy 574, with listeners of the radio show selecting it as the Push The Button track on 575. Oliver Heldens, Farius, JES, Korolova, Shane 54, and Sultan + Shepard have also played the track.
Kasablanca will be performing at EDC Las Vegas 2024, which takes place Friday May 17, Saturday May 18, and Sunday May 19 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
Denver based DJ and producer Daniel Goldstein will be playing at Do LaB’s Lightning in a Bottle, which takes place Wednesday May 22 through Monday May 27 near Bakersfield in Kern County.
