Wiwek – Jungle Terror Vol. 5 EP
It’s been 10 years since Wiwek started his “Jungle Terror” EP series, and what better way to celebrate than with another action packed collection? The Dutch DJ and producer includes “Cola” with Emy Perez”, “Scream” with HOLLY, and “Crash The Party” in the fifth edition of the energetic set. The EP was released on Amsterdam based Barong Family, which was started by Yellow Claw in 2014.
“Jungle Terror EP V is a collection of songs I’ve been playing a lot in my sets,” shares Wiwek. “The idea at first was to just have fresh tunes for my dj sets. When I noticed that the first Jungle Terror EP came out in 2014 it felt like a cool idea to do a new one 10 years after the first one. I have a lot to thank to these series and it was fun to still be creative with it after all these years. “
Utrecht based Wiwek Mahabali previously put out “Jungle Terror” in 2014, “Jungle Terror 2” in 2015, “Jungle Terror 3” in 2017, and “Jungle Terror 4” in 2020.
Venezuelan singer and songwriter Emy Perez, who is now based in the Netherlands, has toured with the likes of Shakira, Eros Ramazzotti, and Earth, Wind & Fire.
HOLLY is a Grammy nominated artist who was a producer on Baauer’s “Planet’s Mad” album released in 2020. Portuguese DJ and producer Miguel Oliveira has played a major festivals like Coachella, Lollapalooza, and EDC Las Vegas.
