John Summit & Hayla – Shiver (Cassian Remix)
Having been played in his sets for the past couple of months, Cassian’s remix of “Shiver” By John Summit and Hayla has officially been released. Sydney native Cassian Stewart-Kasimba goes the melodic house and techno route in his version, using rolling basslines and crisp percussion with the impressive original vocals. The remix was put out on Experts Only, the record label started by John Summit.

Los Angeles based Cassian first appeared on my radar last year with his remake of “Great Southern Land” by ICEHOUSE. Other remixes of his to take a listen to include “Away Home” by Durante and HANA and “Crave You” by Flight Facilities featuring Gieselle.
