Camelphat – Cola ft. Elderbrook (Made By Pete Extended Remix)
Taking on a Grammy nominated track for a remix is no easy feat, but Made By Pete shows he is up to the task with his take on “Cola” by CamelPhat featuring Elderbrook. The song was originally part of the 2020 debut album from CamelPhat called “Dark Matter“, which included 21 tracks with 17 collaborators.
The London native crafts a version with intricate percussion with mesmerizing synths while keeping the recognizable vocals of Elderbrook. The tune was put out on the iconic Defected Records, which Simon Dunmore started in 1999 in London and now ran by Wez Saunders (and is also celebrating its 25th anniversary this year!).

A surprise to some, Made By Pete’s name is not Pete but rather James Boore. Pete is is dad’s name, who literally made him, which is the reason for the name!
