John Summit, Subtronics, & Tape B – Gas Pedal ft. Sage The Gemini (Extended Mix)
John Summit, Subtronics, and Tape B have played their track “Gas Pedal” featuring Sage The Gemini in sets of theirs for a few months now. The guys have played it at shows like Coachella, EDC Las Vegas, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, HARD Summer, ÎleSoniq Music Festival, and North Coast Music Festival.
John Schuester, Jesse Kardon, and Kemal Berk Alkanat have all put their signature take on the song that features Dominic Woods, who originally released the tune in 2013. The reimagined version was recently out out on John Summit’s record label Experts Only, which he started in 2022.
Oliver Heldens, Diplo, Alison Wonderland, Illenium, Judge Jules, and Zeds Dead have all played the collaboration so far.
A Chicago native now based in Miami, John Summit has already had a huge year that includes the release of his debut album in July called “Comfort In Chaos“. He will be performing at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on Thursday November 14, Friday November 15, and Saturday November 16.
Later this year, Philadelphia native Subtronics will be playing at Apocalypse: Zombieland 2024, which takes place Friday November 29 and Saturday November 30 at the Queen Mary Waterfront in Long Beach. He’ll also be playing at Excision’s festival Lost Lands, which takes place Friday September 20, Saturday September 21, and Sunday September 22 at Legend Valley in Ohio.
Turkish DJ and producer Tape B will also be playing at Apocalypse: Zombieland 2024. The Florida based artist will be playing locally at Academy in Los Angeles on Friday September 27 and at Soma in San Diego on Saturday October 5, with both shows presented by Bassrush.
San Francisco native Sage The Gemini will be performing at Tacos & Tequila Music Festival, which takes place Saturday September 28 and Sunday September 29 at Hart Plaza in Detroit.
