On September 11, 2024 by ocedm

Returning to Toolroom Records once again is Crusy with a tech house heater in “Hey Girls, B-Boys”. Along with tight percussion and groovy bassline, the single contains the iconic vocal sample from the 1999 track “Hey Boy Hey Girl” by The Chemical Brothers from their “Surrender” album. The song was put out on the United Kingdom based record label of Mark and Stuart Knight, which they started in 2003.

Check out this video of Crusy playing the song live at a few of his shows!

John Summit and Patrick Topping have played the tune, in addition to Oliver Heldens, Meduza, Armin van Buuren, Martin Garrix, Mark Knight, ACRAZE, Ferreck Dawn, Claptone, Danny Howard, Swanky Tunes, and TCTS.

Other songs from Madrid based Mikel Ortega Huerga to take a listen to include “This Is The Sound” with Low Steppa, “Karma”, and “Feels Like Summer”.
