Alyssa & Gia – Track Your Steps (Original Mix)
Summer may almost be over (sorry to break it to you), but Alyssa & Gia keep those warm vibes going strong with their newest song called “Track Your Steps”. Lifelong friends Alyssa Cordes and Gia Haupt, who started their DJ career in 2016, use groovy basslines, soaring strings, and intriguing vocals in their latest single. The track marks their debut on Watergate Records, which is a label offshoot of Watergate Club in Berlin that was launched in 2008.
The Berlin based duo say that “We had so much fun producing ‘Track Your Steps’ in the studio. Our intention was to create an optimistic, non-chalant summer track that puts you in a happy place and represents our vibe when DJing. Combining our love for strings with disco and house elements and jamming some vocals and harmonies on top felt right and easy.”
Eelke Kleijn opened up his radio show DAYS like NIGHTS Radio 354 with the tune.
Near the end of May, Alyssa & Gia played at Watergate Club and uploaded their 105 minute set to SoundCloud.
