Paul Van Dyk & Reznor – Stay (Extended Mix)
German artist Paul van Dyk has teamed up with Bangaldesh native Reznor on an enigmatic techno track titled “Stay”. The two artists uses haunting melodies, ethereal soundscapes, and pulsing beats in their first collaboration together. The single was put out on PvD’s record label Vandit Alternative, which he launched in October 2022.
Paul van Dyk says that “I wanted ‘Stay’ to be something that stays with listeners long after the music stops. Collaborating with Reznor allowed us to create something dark and intense, but also emotionally gripping. It’s a track that feels both new and rooted in what I love about techno.”
Other songs from Grammy nominated Matthias Paul, who was born in Eisenhüttenstadt and now lives in Berlin, to take a listen to include “Back 2 The FVTR” with The Yellowheads, “Ouverture” with Saad Ayub and Elevation, and “Galaxy” with Vini Vici.
Rahat Rashid, who grew up in New York City and is now based in San Francisco, has been behind tunes such as “Sunset Overdrive”, “All I Want”, and “Hard Reset”.
