RayRay & T A N E – Lose Control (Original Mix)
After linking up in Bali, “Lose Control” is the result of the first collaboration between RayRay and T A N E. The Taiwanese artist and native of Australia use pummeling basslines and industrial beats combined with RayRay’s chopped vocals in their new hard techno single. The hypnotic track was released on Steve Aoki’s record label Dim Mak, which he started in 1996 in Los Angeles.
RayRay says that “The song captures the chaos and freedom of losing control, with bold, chopped vocals that break from hard techno norms. It’s a statement of individuality and energy.”
“After countless hours and over ten iterations, I crafted the final version, designed specifically for the dancefloor,” shares T A N E. “The track embodies the spirit of being fully immersed in the moment, embracing the chaos of losing control.”
Steve Aoki played the song on Aoki’s House 592 and 593.
Taipei native Chao Hsin-Lei has played at festivals around the world like Glastonbury in England, Amsterdam Dance Event in the Netherlands, Tomorrowland in Belgium, and Sónar Festival in Spain.
