Malaa’s Alter Ego – Psycho ft. IRAH (Original Mix)
When some artists announce an alias, they usually choose a different name to differentiate the types of music from each name. Others go a bit simpler, such as Malaa’s Alter Ego. Revealed last fall, the second project from Malaa has released tracks that blend drum and bass with techno. Heavy basslines and gritty beats are used along with IRAH’s deep, recognizable vocals.
The French artist will be starting his Malaa vs. Malaa’s Alter Ego US tour this Friday, which will feature two sets and songs from a double album of Malaa and Malaa’s Alter Ego that will be released this Friday as well. He put out a 30 minute Starter Kit live mix in September as a preview of what’s to come.
London based Ezra Bryant is known for his collaborations with Chase & Status on songs like “Baddadan”, “20 Man Down” with MIST, and “Gunfinger (Salute)”.
