Jack Emery – Halo EP
Jack Emery first appeared on Purified in December 2023 with “Believe”, followed by his two track “Fickle Heart” EP in August 2024. The San Diego based artist now kicks off 2025 with a three song EP in “Halo”. Also consisting of “Rays Of Hope”, and “Above The Clouds”, Jack Shelledy uses vibrant melodies and infectious rhythms combined with orchestral elements in the three tunes. The set was put out by the label started by Nora En Pure in 2019 in Switzerland.
He shares that “I wrote these tracks surrounded by nature in the mountains of Lake Tahoe and was inspired by the uplifting feeling nature gives us. I wanted to capture this feeling in the EP. For the title track, “Halo”, these were the most emotional vocals I’ve worked with so I wanted to build beautiful chords and layers around that to drive the uplifting halo feeling home. Hope you enjoy!”
Nora En Pure has played tracks from the EP on Purified Radio 433, 437, 439, and 441.

A classically trained musician, Jack Emery has opened for Nora En Pure at places like Music Box in San Diego, The Marquis in Park City, and Belly Up in Aspen.
