Kice – Dream of You ft. TomCat Trumpet (Extended Mix)
Two Chicago based artists in Kice and TomCat Trumpet have linked up on an upbeat house tune titled “Dream of You”. Featuring the trumpet playing talents of TomCat Trumpet, the song also makes use of infectious melodies, strong piano chords, and pulsating rhythms. Serving as the lead single from his debut album “Something Real” to be released in April, it was put out through Treble Recordings which was started in 2018 in Chicago.
Kice Akkawi (who I had the chance to interview a few years ago about his song “Let’s Move On”) has played at Burning Man in Nevada, Northern Nights Music Festival in northern California, and Spring Awakening Music Festival in Chicago.
Tom Burke has previously performed at festivals like Lightning in a Bottle at Buena Vista Lake, Electric Forest in Michigan, and ARC Music Festival in Chicago.
