REZZ x Chuurch – Telepathy (Original Mix)
REZZ and fellow Canadian artists Chuurch have linked up for the first time on an enigmatic track titled “Telepathy”. Whereas REZZ’s most recent tune “Contorted” was started on 11 years ago, this one was only a project for nine years before its official release. The ominous and grimy song was put out on HypnoVizion, the imprint launched by Rezz in October 2022.

Isabelle Rezazadeh shares that “Chuurch and I started this song like 9 years ago! After all these years, I kept thinking about it and how I still really loved elements of this song. I decided to reopen the project, give it a fresh mix and switch out some of the bass sounds to make it bigger and bolder than ever. So stoked to give this one to the fans.”
“‘Telepathy’ embodies an unspoken connection that’s been nine years in the making—ever since we first sat down with Rezz in a Calgary studio in 2017,” say Jeff Wilson and Justin MacLean. “The track evolved over time, guided by an invisible creative force, until we finally completed it at Union Studios this year. Experiencing its live debut at Rezz’s PORTAL show was a powerful reminder that music itself can be telepathic, connecting artists and listeners through an indescribable, shared energy.”
Upcoming festival appearances for REZZ include Force Fields in Wisconsin in June, Rampage Open Air in Belgium in July, and Shambhala Music Festival in Canada in July.
Chuurch have played around the country in places such as Arizona, Brooklyn, Dallas, Miami, Chicago, and more.
