deadmau5 – Raise Your Weapon ft. Greta Svabo Bech (DEATHPIXIE’s Requiem)
Back in 2010, Canadian DJ and producer deadmau5 released his “4×4=12” album on his record label mau5trap which included one of his well known tracks in “Raise Your Weapon” featuring Faroe Islands native Greta Svabo Bech. The collection also had a couple of my favorite deadmau5 songs is in “Some Chords” and “Animal Rights” with Wolfgang Gartner.
DEATHPIXIE has now put her unique touch on the tune fifteen years later, a project which was created by an emerging group of songwriters, producers, and animators. The song blends a bit of drum and bass, midtempo, hard techno, and dubstep in just under three minutes in the tune that was released on the imprint he started in 2007.
