Camelphat & Elderbrook – Cola (ARTBAT Remix)
Taking on a remix of a well known song can be a risk, especially when that song is Grammy nominated “Cola” by CamelPhat and Elderbrook (for Best Dance Recording in 2018). Ukrainian duo ARTBAT were not deterred and have put their touch on the track with euphoric drops and Elderbrook’s recognizable vocals in the tune that was originally released in 2017. The remix was released through Defected Records, which was started in 1999 in London and ran by Wez Saunders.
Kyiv natives Artur Kryvenko and Vitalii Limarenko have played their version this year at festivals like Ultra Music Festival in Miami and Tomorrowland in Belgium (in a b2b with Kölsch during Weekend 1 and Weekend 2).
Supporters of the remix include Tiesto, David Guetta, Don Diablo, Oliver Heldens, Afrojack, Lucas & Steve, Ferreck Dawn, Miss Monique, Laura van Dam, Danny Howard, Lost Frequencies, and Sam Divine.
ARTBAT are in the midst of their nine week residency for Resistance Ibiza 2025 at Amnesia, which takes place every Wednesday through September 17. The next event takes place this Wednesday August 27 with ARTBAT in a b2b with Argy and fellow artists Adam Beyer, Joris Vorn, Fred Lenix, Sasha & John Digweed, and Juliet Fox.
