SIDEPIECE – Electric Bongo (Extended Mix)
SIDEPIECE bring the heat once again with their latest single out now called “Electric Bongo”. The duo made up of Nitti (Miami native Ricky Mears) and Party Favor (Los Angeles based Dylan Ragland) use grooving basslines, heavy percussion, and catchy beats in the track. The song was released through John Summit’s record label Experts Only, which he launched in 2022.
One of the first times I heard the tune was during John Summit’s eight hour set at Club Space Miami back in March when he released his set in May. Other supporters include Don Diablo, Oliver Heldens, Westend, ACRAZE, Alison Wonderland, BIJOU, Disco Lines, Richard Vission, and Spartaque.
SIDEPIECE will be playing at Escape: Psycho Circus 2025, which takes place Friday October 31 and Saturday November 1 at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino. They also received a Grammy nomination for Best Dance Recording for their track 2019 track “On My Mind” with Diplo.
