Klaudie – Make This Place / Don’t Stop EP
After making her debut in June with the release of “Serenade for Strings”, Czech artist Klaudie returns with a two track EP that consists of “Make This Place” with fellow Miami based DJ and producer m.O.N.R.O.E. and “Don’t Stop”. The hypnotic yet gritty EP was put out by San Francisco based DISTRIKT Sound.
Klaudie shares that “I wanted to make something that felt like a lost memory from a warehouse party. Heavy basslines, dim lights, no phones—just sweat, sound, and a sense of release.”
On Wednesday October 22, Klaudie will perform at PIV By Train, a three carriage moving club experience in partnership with Club Roto that is part of Amsterdam Dance Event.
On Saturday October 25, both Klaudie and m.O.N.R.O.E. will be playing at PIV x Factory 93 Records at IJLand in Amsterdam during ADE as well.
Mnichovo Hradiste native Klaudie Roberts is a former model who has appeared in Cosmopolitan, L’Officiel, Harper’s Bazaar, and Votre Beute. She started playing the violin at the age of six for 12 years, and lists Art Department’s Boiler Room set as one of her influences into the electronic music realm.
Jordan Postrel has previously released his tunes on record labels such as Get Physical, Desert Hearts, Stride, and Defected.
