BLOND:ISH & Stevie Appleton – Never Walk Alone (ARTBAT, Notre Dame, & Alex Wann Remixes)
Earlier this year in February, BLOND:ISH released her second album titled “Never Walk Alone” consisting of 12 tracks and 11 collaborators. Eight months later, the Canadian artist has revealed a remix package with versions from Ukrainian duo ARTBAT, France native Notre Dame, and a previously released Alex Wann remix. The melodic, crisp, and hypnotic versions were put out on Los Angeles based Insomniac Records, which was started in 2014 under Insomniac Music Group by Pasquale Rotella.
ARTBAT’s remix of “Different Way” with Zeeba has been supported by Oliver Heldens, Tiesto, Nicky Romero, Lucas & Steve, Yotto, Korolova, Joris Voorn, Farius, Laura van Dam, Andrew Rayel, and Shogun.
Notre Dame’s version of “Higher” with Black Circle has been played by Skytech, MorganJ, and LP Giobbi.
Alex Wann’s take has been backed by EDX, Martin Garrix, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Cosmic Gate, Danny Howard, Hard Rock Sofa, Lost Frequencies, Moguai, Pete Tong, Swanky Tunes, and TCTS.
This year, Kyiv natives Artur Kryvenko and Vitalii Limarenko have a released tracks like a remix of “Cola” by CamelPhat and Elderbrook, “Culture” with MORTEN, and “Afterparty”.
Born and raised in Paris, Jeremie Asseraf has played at clubs around the world like Womb in Tokyo, Sound Nightclub in Los Angeles, Space in Miami, Koko in London, Kraftwerk in Zurich.
Favorites of mine from Paris based DJ and producer Alex Wann include “Set Me Free” with Aaron Hibell, “Peperuke” featuring Nes Mburu, and his remix of “Milkshake” by Kelis.
