Skrillex – hit me where it hurts x EP
It’s been a while since Skrillex has put out an EP in his name (2019 with his “Show Tracks” EP, but who’s counting?). Los Angeles based DJ and producer Sonny Moore throws down five songs in his latest set, including “fuze” with ISOxo, “while you were sleeping” with Virtual Riot and Nakeesha, “move ting” with Moody Good and Nakeesha, “hit me where it hurts x” with Dylan Brady and Caroline Polachek, and “voltage (see you again)” with Varg2™, Eurohead, LOAM, swedm®, and Virtual Riot. The collection was released through OWLSA, the Los Angeles based record label he started in 2011.
Supporters of songs from the EP include Alison Wonderland, SLANDER, Four Tet, Knock2, Illenium, ISOxo, marshmello, Ray Volpe, Tape B, Virtual Riot, Habstrakt, PARISI, Chee, ISOxo, Louis The Child, Moody Good, Sleepnet, Oliver Heldens, Judge Jules, and Surf Mesa.
Earlier this year in April, nine time Grammy winner Skrillex released a massive album called “F*CK U SKRILLEX YOU THINK UR ANDY WARHOL BUT UR NOT!! <3” featuring collaborations with 28 artists across 34 tracks.
Skrillex will be playing alongside Four Tet on Tuesday December 30 at Pier 80 Warehouse in San Francisco.
