Deep Dish x Nicole Moudaber x Skunk Anansie – Love Someone Else (Rework)

On March 7, 2026 by ocedm

Love Someone Else” by London based artists Nicole Moudaber and Skunk Anansie was originally released in 2016 from the former’s MOOD Records. Ten years later, Grammy Award winners Deep Dish and Nicole Moudaber have reworked the tune with hypnotizing vocals and rolling basslines. The brooding track was released on Pasquale Rotella’s Los Angeles based Factory 93 Records, which was launched in 2021 under Insomniac Music Group.

“Skin and I first connected completely by chance on a flight, and that meeting led to our initial work together on the Breed EP,” Nicole Moudaber shares. “‘Love Someone Else’ came afterwards, as my own interpretation of her original track. It was always about instinct and emotion rather than genre. When Deep Dish reached out all these years later, it felt natural to return to it again, to add a new touch and a new dimension.”

The Washington D.C. based Deep Dish duo of Dubfire (Ali Shirazinia) and Sharam (Sharam Tayebi) will be playing at Ultra Music Festival, which takes place Friday March 27, Saturday, March 28, and Sunday March 29 in Miami.

Nicole Moudaber, who was born in Nigeria and raised in Lebanon, will be playing at Beyond Wonderland 2026, which takes place on Friday March 27 and Saturday March 28 at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino.

British rock band Skunk Anansie, which consists of Skin (vocals, guitar), Cass (bass, guitar), Ace (guitar) and Mark Richardson (drums), will be joining My Chemical Romance at Wembley Stadium in London on Wednesday July 8.
