LE YORA – NC-17 (Original Mix)

Formed in 2021, LE YORA is the collective of German artists SOMMA and JEWELS along with Philadelphia native YUMA (who all apparently really like capital letters). Their next single is a melodic house and techno tune titled “NC-17” that features enigmatic beats, a steady four on the floor beat, and intriguing vocals. Their bio says that they are “rooted in Germany’s precision, planning, and deep club culture, and bringing an American perspective steeped in pop, rap, and wider street-level energy,” which all definitely checks out with this new one. The track was released through Los Angeles based Alta Music Group, which was founded by former Spotify Global Head of Music Jeremy Erlich in July 2025.
“New supersonics from us, LE YORA,” the guys share. “Continuing our mission to push culture forward, we’re reuniting for our next release ‘NC-17’ by bringing influences from rock and urban into electronic music. Written during our time in a makeshift LA studio in December, this house and techno through our lens.”
LE YORA, which consists of Jan-Niklas Siebelds, Yuma Mair, and Spencer Gilbert, will be playing at Coachella 2026, which takes place Friday April 10, Saturday April 11, and Sunday April 12; followed by Friday April 17, Saturday April 18, and Sunday April 19 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio.
Sandwiched in between Coachella performances on Tuesday April 14 is a support slot for Röyksopp at Sound Nightclub in Los Angeles as part of 7 Days of Framework (which also includes appearances from Adam Beyer, Groove Armada, Prospa and Riordan, Dimension, &friends, and Joezi throughout the week).
Last May, LE YORA supported CamelPhat at California Plaza in downtown Los Angeles and uploaded their 80 minute set to YouTube, presented by Framework.
