Pretence – Outcast (Original Mix)
Australian DJ and producer Pretence first made his debut on REZZ’s HypnoVizion last September with “Dragon”. The Sydney native now returns to the imprint for a second release in a dark and bass heavy tune titled “Outcast”. The song with enigmatic basslines and eerie vocals was put out on the Canada based record label started by REZZ in 2022.

“Outcast is a track that’s made for the misfits,” shares Benjamin Alla. “I’ve always felt like I’ve never fit into a certain crowd, but there is always one thing that I can get lost in, and that’s dark electronic music. Rezz is one of my biggest inspirations, and I’m stoked to see this track coming out as my second release on Hypnovizion!”
Last year, he played the tune during his set at Shambhala Music Festival on the Riverside stage.
Vancouver based Pretence will be performing at this years Shambhala Music Festival’s Pre-Party on Saturday June 27 at Salmo River Ranch, alongside AYYBO, J. Worra, TOBEHONEST, Mood Swing & Chevy Bass, MVPZ (The Gaff & AMP Live), N2N, Pineo & Loeb, Ashram, Civillian, and KÖL.
