Mikey Lion, Lee Reynolds, & Marbs – May 9 (Quartyard, San Diego)
The Desert Hearts collective of Mikey Lion, Lee Reynolds, and Marbs will be making a hometown appearance in San Diego on Saturday May 9. The trio will be playing at Quartyard, an event venue and urban park constructed from repurposed shipping containers in the East Village neighborhood of downtown San Diego. The event will run from 4:00pm-9:00pm.
Mikey Leon will also be performing at Lightning in a Bottle 2026 next month, which takes place Wednesday May 20 through Sunday May 24 2026 at Buena Vista Lake.
English artist Lee Reynolds, a professional BMXer turned DJ after injuries derailed his career, has released on record labels like Music is 4 Lovers, Nothing But, and Jaw Dropping Records.
In addition to Desert Hearts Black (the label Marbs and Evan Casey started in 2019 and as a sublabel of Mikey Lion’s imprint Desert Hearts), Matt Marabella has heard his songs on imprints such as Factory 93 Records and Katermukke.
