Nina Las Vegas & Swick – Shot Caller ft. Zanillya (Shuga, NASH, & Benedict James Remixes)
Nina Las Vegas and Swick released their collaboration titled “Shot Caller” featuring Zanillya in June 2025. Almost a year later, Shuga, NASH, and Benedict James have all put their respective spins on the tune. We get a bit of reggae, breakbeat and future bass from Nepalese artist Shuga who now resides in Australia, UK Garage vibes from NASH of India , and tech house elements from Australian/Swiss Benedict James. The remix package was released through NLV Records, which Nina Las Vegas launched in Sydney in 2015.
Nina Las Vegas says that “Each artist reached out to us before we even asked. It’s so cool to see this track is still getting strong support in clubs all over the world – excited to put more Nina Las Vegas and Swick out soon!”
Regarding his vedrsion, NASH shares that “UK Garage and UK bass have always been a big influence on how I play and listen to music, so working on ‘Shot Caller’ just felt right. I had a lot of fun building it out and leaning into that sound, while still making it feel like my own. It also means a lot to have my first label release on NLV, a platform that’s consistently pushed forward-thinking club music. Nina has been such an important voice in this space, so it’s really special to be part of it.”
Geelong based Sugyan Shrestha is known for his dubs of “Tyla”, “I Cry”, and “At Night”.
Delhi based Nishant Sahadev performed during the New Delhi Community Radio 055 at Strangr earlier this year, with the hour long set uploaded to YouTube last month.
Benedict James uploaded his 75 minute Café Balcon set to SoundCloud a few months ago.
