Superheaven – Youngest Daughter (Mersiv Remix)

Back in 2013, Pennsylvania alternative rock band Superheaven released their grunge track “Youngest Daughter”, a song that would go on to have over 244 million streams on Spotify and 22 million views on YouTube. In Mersiv’s version, you can still tell it’s a Superheaven tune with the guitar chords and vocals, but he “amplifies it, preserving the emotional gravity of the original while expanding its scale through immersive low-end, distorted textures, and cinematic tension.”
Denver based Anderson Gallegos shares that “This is my favorite Superheaven song, and I decided to remix it during the summer of 2025 while I was at the beach writing music. I’m so grateful this is coming out as an official remix.”
Mersiv will have a pretty busy couple of months ahead this summer, with appearances at festivals like Apocalypse: Zombieland at the Queen Mary Waterfront in Long Beach on Friday June 19, Bass Canyon at the Gorge Amphitheatre in Washington on Friday August 14, and Stonehenge II at The Caverns in Pelham on Friday August 28 and Saturday August 29.
That’s not even mentioning his highly anticipated fal! Mersi’ve schedule includes the debut of MorFlow Fest, a new one day music and flow arts festival presented by MorFlo Records and FlowStar on Saturday September 12 at BayCare Sound in Florida, and his Mersiv Rocks 444: Terraform at Red Rocks Amphitheatre show on Friday October 23.
