Kbob – Let’s Go (Original Mix)
Nineteen year old artist Kbob makes her debut on mau5trap with the release of a driving techno tune called “Let’s Go”. The Dublin native lists one of her influences as the late i_o, and I can definitely hear some of his style in her new single. The deep and hypnotic song was released from deadmau5’s record label he launched in 2007.
Kbob shares that “I grew up being inspired solely by i_o. He introduced me to mau5trap and Lights who is also one of my biggest inspirations. He taught me so much not only as a musician but as a human being. To lead with dignity and pride and to go after every dream I ever have.”
Now based in Canada, Kayley Phelan started playing drums and producing electronic music when she was 11 years old, and also taught herself audio engineering at the age of 14 years old.
