SLANDER & Jason Ross – Lead The Way ft. MRYN (Original Mix)
Grammy nominated duo SLANDER have teamed up with Jason Ross for a heartfelt melodic bass tune called “Lead The Way”. Featuring the emotionally charged vocals of MRYN, the Los Angeles based artists use cinematic melodies combined with sweeping synths in their next collaboration together (following 2020’s “Better Than Heaven” featuring JT Roach). The track was released through Heaven Sent, which was founded by SLANDER in 2020.
SLANDER, also known as Derek Andersen and Scott Land, will be playing performing at Excision’s festival Bass Canyon (in a b2b set with Excision himself, no less!), which takes place Friday August 14 through Sunday August 16 at The Gorge Amphitheatre in Washington. The guys are also playing at another Excision festival in the fall in Lost Lands, which takes place Friday September 18 through Sunday September 20 at Legend Valley in Ohio.
Jason Ross Los Angeles based will be playing at the Observatory in Santa Ana on Friday September 25 as part of his True North tour, with support from St. Mary.
Amsterdam based Maryn Charlie has previously collaborated with Will Sparks on “The Real Thing”, Arty on “Taking Me Higher”, and CHANER on “The Escape”.
