Escape: Psycho Circus 2026 returns to the NOS Events Center on Friday October 30 and Saturday October 31. Insomniac’s annual 18+ Halloween festival will run form 4:00pm-2:00am both days and features stages like The Big Top, Feeding Grounds, The Warehouse, Sewer District, and The Cage.
