Romain Say – Acid Mind (Original Mix)
Appearing on Set About for the first time is French artist Romain Say with a BLAnk song titled “Acid Mind”. Based in Paris, he uses hypnotic beats, cinematic melodies, and acid lines (of course) in his latest release. The single was released through Bulgaria based Set About, which was launched by Metodi Hristov and Gallya in 2015.
Romain Say is originally from Saint-Pierre on the southwestern coast of Réunion Island. The name of the island rung a bell for me as I remembered that back in 2022, I wrote about NASAYA and his track “Ciel”. It turns out that Romain Say and NASAYA are both from the French island off the coast of Madagascar in the Indian Ocean!
Previously a bass player who turend to dance music in 2020, other tracks of his have been released on imprints such as Space Kraft Recordings, Reload, IAMT Red, and Alaula Music.
