Ezequiel Arias – Estimulo EP
Argentinean DJ and producer Ezequiel Arias has revealed his next six track EP titled “Estimulo”. The impressive progressive house set consists of “So Many Stars”, “Eterno”, “Estimulo”, “Sin Control”, “Color Divino” with fellow Argentinean FJL, and “Go” featuring Los Angeles based HANA. The collection with driving beats and hypnotizing melodies was released through London based Anjunadeep, which was founded by Above & Beyond in 2005 in London.
Ezequiel Arias shares that the EP is “full of music that represents me, and has been a stamp in my shows over the past few years. It’s a dream to be able to release music in a physical format; it adds extra value to the art and a beautiful sense of immortality. ‘Estimulo’ is a part of me that now belongs to you as well. I hope you all enjoy it and connect with the music.”
Both Ezequiel Arias and HANA will be playing at Above & Beyond Group Therapy 700, which takes place Friday September 11, Saturday September 12, and Sunday September 13 at The Gorge Amphitheatre in Washington. In addition to the label heads, the lineup includes Amy Wiles, Grum b2b J Ribbon, Darren Tate, Grum, Ilan Bluestone, J Ribbon, Mat Zo, Nourey, Oliver Smith, Because Of Art, Ben Böhmer, Durante b2b Ezequiel Arias, James Grant & Jody Wisternoff, Leaving Laurel, Marsh, and Rezident.
Córdoba native Ezequiel Arias first appeared on my radar in 2023 due to his collaboration with Spencer Brown called “SF to Córdoba” from the latter’s “Equanimity” album. Earlier this year, he linked up with Durante on a three song EP called “Prisma”.
FJL, also known as Rosario native Fausto Javier Loza, has heard his tunes on record labels like Sound Avenue, Mango Alley, Forward Music, and 3rd Avenue.
Singer, songwriter, producer, and DJ Hana Pestle, who teamed up with Durante on one of my favorite songs of 2024 in “Hot Night”, recently had her Anjunadeep Explorations 2026 set from Albania posted on YouTube. During the set, she played tracks by John Summit, Amy Wiles, John O’Callaghan, and more.
