Dirtyphonics – October 16 (Spin Nightclub, San Diego)
United By Bass is celebrating the 16 Year Anniversary of SD Union in a big way. As San Diego’s largest and longest running drum and bass party, Dirtyphonics will be headlining the event taking place on Friday October 16 at Spin Nightclub in San Diego. Joining the French duo in Area 1 will be Hospital Records cofounder London Elektricity and St. Louis native/Scotland based Winslow.
Also performing in Area 1 will be Chorux, DJ Desi, DJ Wolf, MC Ridda, and Chemistry MC. Area 2, which will be hosted by New Life Sounds, SDUKG, and Steppin’ Til Checkout, will see the likes of DJ Ideal, Duzy, Intraphaz3, Lisardavinci. The 21+ event will run from 9:00pm-2:00am.
Some old school favorites of mine from Paris natives Charly Barranger and Julien Corrales include their remix of “Deviance” by Excision and Datsik, “Dirty”, and their remix of “Me & You” by Nero. More recently, the guys released “After Hours” in July from Create Music Group.
