Janus Rasmussen – Fumes (Joseph Ray Remix)
Earlier this year in March, Faroe Islands born, Reykjavik based producer Janus Rasmussen released a track called “Fumes” which was later included on his June album titled “Inert”. London native Joseph Ray has now put his touch on the track, crafting it into breakbeat version with crisp percussion and catchy drum beats. The remix was released through Embassy One, which was started in 2001 in Berlin.
The song has been supported by Sultan + Shepard on Dialekt Radio 344 and Gai Barone on Patterns 717.
Although the Lisbon based artist started the project in 2017, he is part of a another group that you might have heard of. Joseph Ray has been part of the Grammy Award winning trio that make up Nero along side Dan Stephens and Alana Watson since 2004, who are known for songs such as “Me & You”, “Promises”, “Crush on You”, and “Must Be The Feeling”.
