As is pretty much always the case, Southern California will not be without a wide variety of New Years Eve shows taking place in the coming week. Whether you’re looking to go to an event in Orange County, Los Angeles, or San Diego, chances are there’s a lineup that will catch your eye. Check out some of the New Years Eve events going on below and stay safe!

Sutra, Costa Mesa – Wednesday, December 30th – Saturday, January 2: The Costa Mesa club will have four consecutive days of shows going on. Wednesday, December 30 will see Myon & Shane54; Thursday, December 31st will have Steven Wright, ARMNHMR, and The Brandenburgs; Darrigo will perform on Friday, January 1st; and Sex Panther will close out on Saturday, January 2nd.
Yost Theater, Santa Ana – Thursday, December 31st: Yost Theater and Havoc Thursdays will be bringing out all the stops with two stages for their New Years Eve event. The Festival Hall will include Destructo, Swerater Beats, Focus DJs, and MDA DJs. Playing in The Yost Theater will be Milo & Otis, Gladiator, Vindata, Aryay, and Kicks N Licks.
Observatory, Santa Ana – Wednesday, December 30th: If you’re looking for a pre-show to your New Years Eve show, checking out Nero would not be a bad choice at all. Note that it is a late show with doors opening at 10:30pm with the show starting at 11pm.
Exchange, Los Angeles – Wednesday, December 30th – Friday, January 1: Over the course of three days, Exchange LA will host trance, techno, and hardstyle/dubstep shows. Ferry Corsten will take the stage Wednesday, December 30th; John Digweed will ring in the New Year on Thursday, December 31st; and 12th Planet, Technoboy N Tuneboy, and LNY TNZ will duke it out on Friday, January 1st in Bassrush vs. Basscon.
Create Nightclub, Los Angeles – Tuesday, December 29 – Thursday, December 31st: Three huge artists are coming to Create Nightclub for three amazing shows this New Years Eve. Hardwell will be on the decks Tuesday, December 29th; Nicky Romero on Wednesday, December 30th; and Oliver Heldens on Thursday, December 31st.
Sound Nightclub, Hollywood – Thursday, December 31st: AC Slater and his Night Bass brand will be taking over Sound Nightclub for New Years Eve. The stacked lineup also includes the likes of Jack Beats, Bot, Stranger, Petey Clicks, and Bones.
Hollywood Palladium, Hollywood – December 31: If grooving to some house is your thing, Insomniac’s Twelve 31 at the Palladium has you covered. Scheduled to perform that night are Dusky, Jon Charnis, Kidnap Kid, Shiba San, and Tiga b2b Kenny Glasgow.
Avalon, Hollywood – Thursday, December 31st: For Avalon’s New Years eve show, Morgan Page will be playing an exclusive three hour set, Gabriel & Dresden will be playing an after hours extended set, and Randy Seidman will be performing as well.
Countdown NYE at NOS Events Center in San Bernardino – Thursday, December 31st: Insomniac’s brand new New Years Eve event has an all star lineup with a focus on all things bass. There’s also a few insane b2bs that will be happening, so be sure to definitely check those out!

Bassmnt, San Diego – Thursday, December 31st: Bassmnt in San Diego will be bringing in 2016 right with the help of MAKJ. The night will also serve as the grand reopening of the club, so you know it’s going to be something special. The club will be debuting a new sound system, new LED wall, new lasers, new lights, and more!
LED OMFG at Valley View Casino Center in San Diego – Tuesday December 29 – Thursday, December 31st: Celebrate the New Year for three days as part of LED OMFG in San Diego. The three special guests that have been announced in Tchami, Kill The Noise, and Jauz are reason enough to go alone, but when you add in the names already listed it’s a forgone conclusion.
